At Clash Champion Belts, all orders are Made-to-Order and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.

Production Time

  • Standard-size orders are typically delivered within 10–15 working days after your order has been received and confirmed.
  • Made-to-measure, fully custom orders, and back-ordered items usually require 2–3 weeks for production. These orders are shipped only after all specifications and details have been finalized.
  • For custom-made orders, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm the estimated manufacturing and delivery timeline.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight and destination.
  • We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
  • Delivery transit time depends on your location and the shipping service selected.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Express orders are prioritized for faster processing and delivery.
  • A valid tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Please ensure that a valid contact number is included with your shipping address to help the courier complete delivery smoothly.
  • There are no handling charges, and all applicable taxes are included in the product price.
  • Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country or region are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges are beyond our control.
  • Customs clearance times vary by country and may occasionally cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience should this occur.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs or clearance charges, any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • The delivery services available for your order depend on the shipping address and order contents.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
