CARE AND CLEANING

Your weight lifting belt is built to withstand intense training sessions. With proper care, it will maintain its strength, appearance, and performance for years.

Keeping your belt clean is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth after each workout to remove sweat, dust, and chalk.
If needed, use a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap to clean the surface.
Wipe away any soap residue with a clean damp cloth.
Allow the belt to air dry naturally at room temperature.
Once completely dry, apply a quality leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather soft and prevent it from drying out.

To protect your belt and extend its lifespan, avoid the following:

Do not soak the belt in water.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners.
Keep the belt away from direct sunlight or high heat for long periods.
Do not fold or bend the belt excessively when storing.

Proper storage helps preserve the shape and quality of your belt.

Store your belt in a cool, dry place
Hang it on a sturdy hook or lay it flat when not in use.
Avoid storing it in damp or humid environments.
Keep heavy objects off the belt to prevent permanent creases.

The buckle, lever, rivets, and other metal components are built for durability but benefit from occasional care.

Wipe metal parts with a dry microfiber cloth after use.
Remove moisture promptly to help prevent surface corrosion.
Periodically check that screws, rivets, and fasteners remain secure.
For lever belts, inspect the lever mechanism regularly and tighten the mounting screws if necessary.

Your leather lifting belt may feel firm when new. This is normal. With regular use, the leather will gradually conform to your body, providing a more comfortable and personalized fit while maintaining the support needed for heavy lifting.

How to Choose the Right Size

Choosing the correct size is essential for comfort, support, and performance. Our weight lifting belts are designed to fit securely around your waist without restricting movement.

How to Measure Your Size

Instead, use a flexible measuring tape and measure around your natural waist, where you plan to wear the belt (usually around or slightly above your belly button).

Stand in a relaxed position.
Keep the measuring tape snug, but not tight.
Record your waist measurement in inches.
Compare your measurement with the size chart above.

Between Two Sizes?

If your waist measurement falls between two sizes:

Choose the smaller size for a tighter competition-style fit.
Choose the larger size if you prefer a slightly more comfortable fit or expect your waist size to fluctuate.
